How Do I Order A Clean?

It’s Easy! This can be done by calling into our office and scheduling your clean. Call 260.615.1282 and talk to one of our friendly representatives. They can also answer any questions you might have.

What Are My Payment Options?

TrueMaids accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards, checks & money orders. Major credit cards accepted. Credit and debit card payments will be placed on file and charged the day of the clean. Cash, checks & money orders will be picked up at the location of the clean, the same day of the clean. It’s quick and easy!

Which currency do you use?

TrueMaids accepts US dollars only.

Can I reschedule my clean?

Yes! If for any reason you need to reschedule you clean, call into your TrueMaids office and notify one of our friendly representatives. We simply ask that you call at least 24 hours before the day of your clean.

What is the Satisfaction Guarantee?

TrueMaids stands behind every clean we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your clean, TrueMaids will work with you to do whatever it takes to fix the issue.
